What resources are available to members?

Members have access to a file repository containing valuable resources and documents.

How do I become a member of the forum?

To become a member of the forum, simply fill out the registration form available on our website. Once your application is approved, you will receive access to all member benefits, including the shared calendar and resource repository.

Can I contribute to ongoing projects?

Yes, members are encouraged to contribute to ongoing projects by sharing their expertise and resources. You can join project discussions through the forum, volunteer for specific tasks, or propose new initiatives that align with our community goals.

Who can participate in the Nutrition Partners Forum?

NPF brings together development partners involved in food and nutrition security in Mozambique, including UN agencies, donors, NGOs and civil society organisations from relevant sectors. Regular and active participation is encouraged, while interested partners can also remain informed through the Forum’s communication channels.

How often does NPF meet?

NPF normally meets every two months. Additional meetings, task forces or sub-groups may also be organised when specific issues require focused discussion or action. The Forum develops an annual workplan and reviews progress to identify priorities and improvements for the following period.

What are the main areas of work of NPF?

NPF works to strengthen partner coordination and harmonisation, advocacy, knowledge and evidence exchange, information sharing, and engagement with national, regional and global nutrition processes. Its work is intended to reduce duplication and improve alignment of partner support with Government priorities.

How does NPF support Mozambique’s national nutrition priorities?

NPF supports coordinated partner engagement around national processes and priorities. Recent work has included support for PESAN, participation in the development of SNISAN, contribution to SUN assessments, and support to Mozambique’s Nutrition for Growth (N4G) commitments and other national and global nutrition initiatives.

What is the role of the NPF Co-Chairs?

The Co-Chairs help lead and facilitate NPF meetings, maintain communication with members, coordinate with key Government counterparts, support information exchange, and monitor progress against the Forum’s annual priorities and workplan.
